It's hard to believe that Addison is 2 months now! She had her doctor's appointment today and she now weighs 12 lbs. and is 22.75 inches long! We're quickly growing! We had a great report of a healthy, happy, developing baby. She screamed when she got her shots, but as soon as I picked her up she settled right down. Which of course made me feel wonderful that I could make her feel better. I am going to try to post some videos so you can see her in action! We'll see if I can figure it out! 
At four weeks we decided to introduce Addie to her horse! It's funny how quickly Amigo became Addie's. I am anxious to take her for her first ride and watch her give him a bath, but obviously at four weeks she wasn't very interested. Amigo was very curious about her though. He was smelling her and well, a little scared of her! He probably hadn't seen a baby before and was afraid she might get him. For those of you concerned about Amigo and his pathetic ability to defend himself, he is maturing. He is now scaring other horses away from his food and being more dominant in the herd. I guess at 14 years old he's growing up!
